A vector animation by Emma Plunkett using Moho Pro (vector-based 2D animation software). The content is from a conversation between Angela Davis and Jude Kelly – Southbank Centre. The animation was commissioned by The Service and Together Productions and was inspired by the amazing guests at WOW festival 2016.
Imagine what fun it is for your team to see their own drawings brought to life by animation! This is an original concept from Emma Plunkett, which brings compelling viewing to your conference. It is an interesting way for your team to communicate with each other about how they feel about their year. (All the original text and branding has been taken out of this video to preserve client confidentiality.)
All you need to create your own film is to give each of your team a blank A4 piece of paper, a felt pen and then scan the images in and send.

Emma created this HD video to advertise all the qualities of this boutique hotel on Trip Adviser. She interviewed the guests and owners alike, in order to draw out the many facets of this idyllic, award winning country house hotel – set in deepest rural Andalucia. The video illustrates how the hotel offers bespoke stays among the olive and citrus groves of the idyllic El Valle de Lecrín. Watch the delicious food being served from the professional Casa Amelia kitchen. Stunning panoramic views are visible from all its spacious suites. Guests can relax and soak up the tranquility of the location and its beautiful facilities or drive to the unspoiled beaches of the Costa Tropical, the mountain villages of the Alpujarra or to the many cultural experiences of the city of Granada. Emma Plunkett made this short artist film to go on the website of artist Angus Watt. Angus provided clips from his personal archive, from over his long career as a flag installation artist. Emma interviewed Angus, scripted the voice-over and edited the footage, sometimes using clips she’d filmed herself of his flags in action.
This is an epic art film by Charely Case – commissioned by Sala Parpalló, Diputación de Valéncia. Emma created a version of the film that rotates in a circle, that was projected from the ceiling into a concrete concave sphere in their gallery. The content of the film is the culmination of many years of Charley filming, drawing and photographing from around the world. Charley collaborated with Emma Plunkett to bring the whole film to life in a single edit. Emma brought all her filmmaking expertise to the edit – sometimes layering, sometimes animating and sometimes helping with the storytelling.
